Finna 2015


The opening and closed ceremony of the 2015 World Aquatics Championships was at the Tatneft Arena Ice Sports Palace in Kazan Russia country.
The script for the ceremony was developed by a creative team led by People's Artist of Russia Igor Krutoy and stage director Alexei Sechenov. Our team was engaged in visual design for screens.

The duration of the ceremony was 2 hours 30 minutes. The basis of the decoration of the play was a multiple cascade of pools with a depth of five centimeters to three meters, the Central projection dome. Stretch projection tulles that stretched straight out of the water. The original Projection video content was coined in style and animation by a team of Lioness experts.

FINA President Julio Maglione called this opening ceremony the finest in FINA history.
The event was attended by over 50 thousand people. The live broadcast was all over the world.
The ceremony was recognized as the best mass theatrical performance in the nomination "Sports event of national importance" and was awarded the prestigious award "The Faces of the Theater of Masses", which was presented on March 28, 2016 at the Petrovsky Travel Palace.
